EPDM round cords

Our broad range of EPDM round cords includes sponge rubber and solid rubber versions. They are available in 15 Shore A ±5 for black or grey sponge rubber and 60 Shore A ±5 for black solid rubber. They offer excellent resistance to ozone, weathering, UV radiation and ageing, with a temperature range of approximately -35 °C to +100 °C and briefly up to +120 °C.

NBR round cords

Our high-quality NBR round cords are available in 15 Shore A ±5 and 70 Shore A ±5. They are highly resistant to oils, greases and fuels and are suitable for applications involving chemicals and temperature fluctuations. Their operating range is approximately -25 °C to +80 °C.

Our black FKM (Viton®) sealing cords with a hardness of approximately 75 Shore A ±5 are designed for demanding applications. They have a smooth surface and provide excellent resistance to weathering, ageing, acids, alkalis, oils, greases and many chemical compounds. Their temperature range is approximately -10 °C to +270 °C.

Silicone round cords

Our transparent silicone round cords in 15 or 60 Shore A are highly flexible and comply with BGA and FDA requirements. They are suitable for food-contact and medical applications and withstand temperatures from approximately -60 °C to +200 °C.

Our extruded homogeneous natural rubber (NR) round cords, approximately 45 Shore A and beige in colour, provide high elasticity, abrasion resistance and tear resistance. They are lightly talced for easier installation and withstand temperatures from approximately -30 °C to +70 °C. Resistance to oils, greases, acids and alkalis is limited.
