Description

Technical description of the ES2-D-O corner protection profile

The ES2-D-O corner protection profile in striking orange (similar to RAL 2008 bright red orange) provides reliable protection for corners and edges. It also absorbs stronger impacts and thus effectively protects machines, inventory and walls. Thanks to the signal colour, it is also used as a warning profile and increases safety in work and production areas. The profile is suitable for indoor and outdoor use and impresses with easy installation thanks to the self-adhesive surface.

Adhesive properties:
- Modified acrylate high-performance adhesive

- Light- and ageing-resistant
- Adheres to wood, metal, walls and non-dusting plaster
- Optimal processing temperature: approx. 15–20 °C
Resistance & application area:

Easy installation:
1. Cut profile to the desired length
2. Clean the surface thoroughly (free from grease, dust-free, dry)
3. Remove adhesive film
4. Position the profile and press firmly
5. Final adhesive strength after approx. 24 hours
