FS6-S-GS Surface protection profile – Soft PU bumper protection Yellow/Black

The FS6-S-GS surface protection profile is the soft version of the popular FS6 series. It reliably protects machines, work areas and inventory from damage and, thanks to the softer PU material, reduces the risk of injuries. The striking yellow-black colouring simultaneously increases visibility and serves as an effective warning profile. Ideal for use in workshops, production areas and warehouses – both indoors and outdoors.

- Hardness: approx. 30 Shore A
- Temperature resistance: -40 °C to +100 °C
- Fire testing: DIN EN 13501-1 / Class E
- RoHS compliant according to Directive 2002/95/EC
Adhesive surface:
- Modified acrylate adhesive with high adhesive strength (21 N/25 mm)
- Light-resistant and ageing-resistant
- Adheres to wood, metal, walls and non-dusting plaster
- Optimal processing temperature: 15 – 20 °C
Special properties:
- Softer than standard profile – ideal for sensitive areas
- Eye-catching yellow-black colouring with signal effect
- Effective protection against impact injuries and ramming damage
Mounting instructions:
- Cut the profile to the desired length
- Thoroughly clean the substrate (grease-free, dry, dust-free)
- Peel off the adhesive film, apply the profile and press firmly
- Final adhesion after approx. 24 hours
