The GP-IG/IG-16/16-M16-D100xH40 is a large-sized rubber-metal buffer type 3 with internal thread on both sides. It has been specially developed for use in heavy machines, systems and units where high forces and strong vibrations must be reliably damped. The natural rubber (55° +/-5° Shore) combines high elasticity with optimal load absorption, while the galvanized metal parts ensure a long service life and corrosion resistance.

Typical application areas include mechanical and plant engineering, generators, pumps, compressors as well as heavy motor systems. The silent block protects sensitive components from overload, reduces vibrations and structure-borne noise and thus makes a decisive contribution to operational safety and longevity of machines.
