Vibration & noise damping in industrial applications

The GP/S-AG/IG-33/12-M12-D60xH30 is a cylindrical rubber-metal buffer type 2/S with external thread and internal thread. It has been specially developed to effectively reduce vibrations, structure-borne noise and shocks. With its size Ø 60 x 30 mm, it offers a balanced combination of stability, flexibility and damping performance. The silent block ensures that vibrations are not transmitted to adjacent components, which reduces noise levels and increases the service life of machines and systems.

The buffer is used particularly in areas where reliable noise reduction is required - such as with motors, pumps, fans, compressors and in mechanical engineering. By using natural rubber (NK 55° +/-5° Shore), vibrations are elastically absorbed, while the galvanized metal parts provide additional corrosion protection. This makes the silent block ideal for continuous use in industry and technology.
