EPDM solid rubber square profile 4x20 mm – self-adhesive rectangular profile for sealing & insulation

This high-quality square profile made of EPDM solid rubber in the size 4x20 mm is the ideal solution for seals, insulation and as edge protection. The robust solid rubber offers an excellent combination of flexibility and resistance. Thanks to the self-adhesive version, quick and uncomplicated mounting is possible without the need for additional adhesive.

With a hardness of approx. 65° Shore A, the profile is stable and yet elastic enough to be used reliably even under load. It impresses with its high ozone and weather resistance, is UV and ageing resistant and is therefore suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Resistant to numerous acids and alkalis, it remains durable even under demanding conditions. However, it is not resistant to mineral oils.

Typical areas of application are mechanical engineering, vehicle construction, the building industry as well as seals on doors, windows or technical systems. Thanks to its temperature resistance of -35 °C to +100 °C (short-term up to 120 °C), the profile remains reliably usable even with strong temperature fluctuations.
