EPDM solid rubber square profile 5x110 mm – wide self-adhesive rectangular profile

The 5x110 mm solid rubber square profile is the ideal choice when a wide, stable and flexible seal is required. With its dimensions, it is perfect for large-area applications in mechanical engineering, vehicle construction, the construction industry and technical systems. Thanks to the self-adhesive version, it can be installed quickly, cleanly and without additional fastening materials.

EPDM solid rubber impresses with its hardness of approx. 65° Shore A and therefore offers a reliable combination of stability and elasticity. The material is ozone- and weather-resistant, resistant to UV radiation and ageing-resistant. It also has good resistance to numerous acids and alkalis. However, the profile is not suitable for contact with mineral oils. Thanks to its temperature resistance from -35 °C to +100 °C (short-term up to 120 °C), the profile can be used reliably in both cold and warm operating environments.

Typical applications include sealing large joints, surface insulation, sound insulation solutions or use as edge protection in particularly wide areas. Thanks to its robust design, it offers long-lasting functionality even under intensive loads.
