EPDM solid rubber square profile 5x25 mm – durable self-adhesive rectangular profile

The solid rubber square profile 5x25 mm made of high-quality EPDM is a durable and versatile sealing and insulation profile. Thanks to the self-adhesive backing, it can be mounted quickly, cleanly and securely. The profile is ideal for applications where a resistant and stable seal is required, whether in mechanical engineering, the construction industry or vehicle construction.

With a hardness of approx. 65° Shore A, the profile combines stability with the necessary elasticity. It is characterised by its excellent ozone and weather resistance as well as its resistance to UV radiation and ageing. In addition, it is resistant to numerous acids and alkalis, but is not suitable for contact with mineral oils. The wide temperature range from -35 °C to +100 °C (briefly up to 120 °C) makes the profile flexible for use – even under difficult climatic conditions.

Typical areas of application are seals on technical systems, machines or vehicles, as well as applications on doors, windows or structures indoors and outdoors. Thanks to the 10-meter roll, the profile is ideal for smaller and medium-sized projects where precision and quality are crucial.
