ROS1-RW Pipe protection profile made of PU foam – Impact protection & warning profile in Red/White

The ROS1-RW pipe protection profile offers reliable protection for pipes, edges and machines. It absorbs even strong impacts and reliably protects against damage. The striking red/white warning marking additionally ensures increased visibility and occupational safety. The profile is flexibly cuttable and suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Adhesive surface with high-performance adhesive:
- Light & age-resistant acrylate adhesive
- Adhesive strength: 21 N/25 mm
- Suitable for wood, metal, walls, non-dusting plaster
- Optimal processing temperature: approx. 15–20 °C
Easy mounting:
1. Cut the profile to the desired length (e.g. with a cutter knife)
2. Clean the surface (grease-free, dust-free, dry)
3. Peel off the adhesive film
4. Place the profile and press firmly
5. After approx. 24 hours, full adhesive strength is achieved
