The V40 retaining profile is a high-quality edge protection profile made of EPDM solid rubber, specially designed for a clamping range of 6 mm. It reliably protects sensitive edges from abrasion, impacts and environmental influences, thus ensuring longer durability of components and workpieces. Thanks to its compact dimensions of 9 x 12 mm, it can be easily processed even in tight installation conditions. The material impresses with its elasticity and resistance to ozone, weathering and a wide range of chemicals. It is therefore ideal for applications in mechanical engineering, vehicle construction, crafts and industrial manufacturing.

The temperature resistance from -35 °C to +100 °C (short-term up to +120 °C) also makes the V40 profile suitable for demanding environments. Whether indoors or outdoors – this profile offers a durable and flexible solution. With a hardness of approx. 65 Shore A ±5°, a good balance between flexibility and stability is achieved, so that the profile retains its shape permanently while remaining easy to install.
