ES1-D-HD PU corner protection profile with adhesive surface – dark wood look

The ES1-D-HD corner protection profile in dark wood look provides reliable protection for corners and impresses with its attractive wood appearance. It is made of highly durable polyurethane foam that safely absorbs even strong impacts. This effectively protects machines, inventory and people from damage and injury. The dark wood look makes the profile particularly suitable for environments where design and safety are equally important.

Adhesive surface:
- Modified high-performance acrylate adhesive, light- and ageing-resistant
- Adhesive strength: 21 N/25 mm
- Suitable for wood, metal, walls and non-dusting plaster surfaces
- Temperature resistance: -40 °C to +100 °C
- Optimal processing temperature: 15 - 20 °C
Easy installation:
1. Cut the profile to the desired length (e.g. with a cutter knife)
2. Clean the surface thoroughly (free of grease, dust-free, dry)
3. Remove the adhesive film
4. Position the profile and press firmly
5. Maximum adhesive strength after approx. 24 hours
