ES1-D-HC PU corner protection profile with adhesive surface – cherry wood look

The ES1-D-HC corner protection profile in cherry wood look combines reliable impact protection with an attractive wood appearance. Made from high-quality polyurethane foam, it effectively absorbs impacts and protects inventory, machines and people. The wood look allows discreet integration into work areas, offices or living spaces. Thanks to the self-adhesive backing, quick and secure installation is ensured – ideal for indoor and outdoor use.

Adhesive surface:
- Modified high-performance acrylate adhesive, light- and ageing-resistant
- Adhesive strength: 21 N/25 mm

- Temperature resistance: -40 °C to +100 °C
- Optimal processing temperature: 15 - 20 °C
Easy installation:
1. Cut the profile to the desired length (e.g. with a cutter knife)
2. Clean the surface thoroughly (free of grease, dust-free, dry)
3. Remove the adhesive film
4. Position the profile and press firmly
5. Maximum adhesive strength after approx. 24 hours
