ES1-D-O PU corner protection profile with adhesive surface – orange

The ES1-D-O corner protection profile in orange provides reliable protection for corners and edges. It effectively prevents impact injuries and damage to machines, inventory or walls. Thanks to its striking colour, it also serves as a warning profile. The robust PU material absorbs even strong impacts and is ideally suited for indoor and outdoor use.

- Material: recyclable, CFC-free PU foam
- Hardness: approx. 45 Shore A
- Colour: orange (similar to RAL 2008 bright red orange)

Adhesive surface:
- Modified high-performance acrylate adhesive
- Adhesive strength: 21 N/25 mm
- Light- and ageing-resistant
- Suitable for wood, metal, walls and non-dusting plaster surfaces

- Optimal processing temperature: 15 - 20 °C
Easy installation:
1. Cut the profile to the desired length (e.g. with a cutter knife)
2. Clean the surface (free of grease, dust-free, dry)
3. Remove the adhesive film
4. Position the profile and press firmly
5. Full adhesive strength is reached after 24 hours
