Description

ES1-D-R corner protection profile with adhesive surface for reliable impact and collision protection

The ES1-D-R corner protection profile provides optimal protection for machines, inventory and people. The robust polyurethane foam reliably absorbs impacts and also serves as a warning profile thanks to its striking red colour. Thanks to the high-quality adhesive surface, the profile can be attached quickly and securely – both indoors and outdoors.

- Material: PU foam with PU protective film, recyclable & CFC-free
- Colour: red, similar to RAL 3028 pure red
- Hardness: approx. 45 Shore A
- Temperature resistance: -40 °C to +100 °C
- Fire test: DIN EN 13501-1 / Class E
- RoHS-compliant according to Directive 2002/95/EC
Adhesive surface with high-performance adhesive:
- Light- and ageing-resistant acrylate adhesive
- Adhesive strength: 21 N/25 mm
- Suitable for wood, metal, walls, plaster (non-dusting)
- Optimal processing temperature: 15 – 20 °C
- Final adhesive strength after approx. 24 hours
Easy installation:
- Cut the profile to the desired length (e.g. cutter knife)
- Clean the surface thoroughly (free of grease, dry, dust-free)
- Remove the adhesive film and press the profile firmly into place
