FS2-S Surface protection profile – PU protection profile Black for reliable bumper protection

The FS2-S surface protection profile offers effective protection for sensitive surfaces, machines and inventory. Made from highly resistant polyurethane foam and covered with a protective PU film, it absorbs even strong impacts and provides lasting protection against damage. The discreet black colour harmoniously blends into any environment.

Adhesive surface:
- Modified acrylate adhesive, light-resistant & ageing-resistant
- Adhesive strength: 21 N/25 mm
- Adheres to almost all surfaces (wood, metal, walls, non-dusting plaster)
- Temperature range: -40 °C to +100 °C
- Optimal processing temperature for initial application: 15 – 20 °C
Mounting:
1. Cut the profile to the desired length (e.g. with a cutter knife)
2. Thoroughly clean the substrate (grease-free, dust-free, dry)
3. Carefully peel off the adhesive film
4. Place the profile and press firmly
5. Maximum adhesive strength is reached after approx. 24 hours
