FS3-D-A surface protection profile – PU protective profile anthracite for reliable impact protection

The FS3-D-A surface protection profile in anthracite is the elegant solution for effective impact and collision protection in industry, warehouses and workshops. Made from highly resistant polyurethane foam with a protective PU film, it absorbs even hard impacts and reliably protects machines, inventory and surfaces against damage. The discreet anthracite surface (similar to RAL 7024 graphite grey) blends unobtrusively into any environment while offering an appealing appearance.

Adhesive surface:
- Modified acrylate adhesive, light- & ageing-resistant
- Adhesive strength: 21 N/25 mm
- Adheres to many surfaces (wood, metal, walls, non-dusting plaster)
- Temperature resistance: -40 °C to +100 °C
- Optimal application temperature: 15 – 20 °C
Installation:
1. Cut the profile to the desired length (e.g. with a cutter knife)
2. Clean the substrate thoroughly (free of grease, dust and dry)
3. Carefully remove the adhesive film
4. Position the profile and press firmly
5. Maximum adhesive strength is reached after approx. 24 hours
