Description

FS3-D-B surface protection profile – PU protective profile blue for safe impact protection

The FS3-D-B surface protection profile in blue offers optimal protection for machines, inventory and surfaces in indoor and outdoor use. Made from resistant polyurethane foam and covered with a robust PU film, it reliably absorbs even hard impacts and thus protects against damage. The blue colouring (similar to RAL 5002 ultramarine blue) ensures clear visibility while also providing an appealing appearance in work environments.

Adhesive surface:
- Modified acrylate adhesive, light- & ageing-resistant
- Adhesive strength: 21 N/25 mm
- Adheres to many surfaces (wood, metal, walls, non-dusting plaster)
- Temperature resistance: -40 °C to +100 °C
- Optimal application temperature: 15 – 20 °C
Installation:
1. Cut the profile to the desired length (e.g. with a cutter knife)
2. Clean the substrate thoroughly (free of grease, dust and dry)
3. Carefully remove the adhesive film
4. Position the profile and press firmly
5. Maximum adhesive strength is reached after approx. 24 hours
