EPDM sponge rubber square profile 4x30 mm – versatile self-adhesive sealing profile

This square profile made of EPDM sponge rubber in the size 4x30 mm is a robust and flexible solution for seals, insulation and use as edge protection. The cellular soft material offers high adaptability to different surfaces and ensures reliable sealing. Thanks to the self-adhesive version, the profile can be mounted quickly, cleanly and without additional adhesive.

The sponge rubber profile impresses with its excellent ozone and weather resistance, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. With a hardness of approx. 15° Shore A, it remains soft-elastic and at the same time stable enough for permanent applications. Typical areas of application are seals in mechanical engineering, vehicle construction, on doors and windows as well as in the building industry. It is also suitable for soundproofing and as a reliable insulation and sealing profile.

With its temperature resistance of -40 °C to +120 °C, the profile remains functional even with strong temperature fluctuations. It is UV and ageing resistant as well as resistant to many chemicals, but not resistant to oils, greases or petrol.
