EPDM sponge rubber square profile 5x10 mm – flexible self-adhesive sealing profile

The 5x10 mm square profile made of EPDM sponge rubber is a reliable solution for sealing, insulation and use as edge protection. The cellular soft material offers high flexibility and adapts optimally to different surfaces. Thanks to the self-adhesive version, the profile can be processed easily and cleanly – ideal for quick installation without additional adhesive.

Thanks to its excellent ozone and weather resistance, the profile is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. With its hardness of approx. 15° Shore A, it offers a good combination of elasticity and stability. It is resistant to acids and alkalis, but not resistant to oils, greases or petrol. With temperature resistance from -40 °C to +120 °C, the material remains reliably dimensionally stable even under changing conditions.

Typical areas of application include seals in the construction industry, mechanical engineering and vehicle construction as well as doors, windows and technical systems. This sponge rubber profile can also be used for sound insulation applications or as a flexible insulation profile. Supplied on a 100-metre roll, it is particularly suitable for large-area or continuous sealing work.
