EPDM sponge rubber square profile 5x15 mm – flexible self-adhesive sealing profile

The 5x15 mm square profile made of EPDM sponge rubber is the ideal solution for sealing, insulation and use as edge protection. The cellular soft material ensures reliable adaptation to different surfaces and provides secure sealing. Thanks to the self-adhesive version, quick and uncomplicated installation is possible without additional adhesive.

The profile impresses with its excellent ozone and weather resistance, allowing it to function reliably both indoors and outdoors. With its hardness of approx. 15° Shore A, it remains elastic while still being stable enough for long-term applications. Its high temperature resistance from -40 °C to +120 °C makes it versatile – even under extreme conditions. It is also resistant to many acids and alkalis, but not to oils, greases or petrol.

Typical areas of application include seals in mechanical and vehicle engineering, the construction industry as well as doors, windows and technical systems. It also provides reliable performance in sound insulation and as an insulation profile. With a packaging unit of 50 metres, the profile is ideal for more extensive sealing and insulation work.
