Description

ES1-D-GE corner protection profile made from PU foam with adhesive surface in yellow

The ES1-D-GE corner protection profile provides reliable protection for edges and corners. Made from durable polyurethane foam, it absorbs even strong impacts and thus effectively reduces the risk of injuries and damage to inventory or machines. Thanks to the self-adhesive backing with high-performance adhesive, the profile can be installed quickly and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Technical data:
- Material: recyclable, CFC-free PU foam with PU film
- Hardness: approx. 45 Shore A
- Colour: yellow (similar to RAL 1003 signal yellow)
- Fire test: DIN EN 13501-1 / Class E
- RoHS-compliant according to Directive 2002/95/EC
Adhesive surface:
- Modified acrylate adhesive, light- and ageing-resistant
- Adhesive strength: 21 N/25 mm
- Suitable for wood, metal, walls, non-dusting plaster
- Temperature resistance: -40 °C to +100 °C
- Optimal processing temperature: approx. 15 - 20 °C
Installation:
1. Cut the profile to the desired length (e.g. with a cutter knife)
2. Clean the surface (grease-free, dust-free, dry)
3. Carefully peel off the adhesive film
4. Position the profile and press firmly
5. Maximum adhesion is reached after approx. 24 hours
