Description

ES1-D-GR corner protection profile made of PU foam with adhesive surface - green

The ES1-D-GR corner protection profile provides reliable protection for edges and corners in industry, warehouses and workshops. Made from highly impact-absorbing polyurethane foam, it reliably protects against injuries and damage to inventory, machines or buildings. The self-adhesive backing with high-performance adhesive makes installation particularly easy. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

- Material: recyclable, CFC-free PU foam with PU film
- Hardness: approx. 45 Shore A
- Colour: green (similar to RAL 6010 grass green)
- Fire test: DIN EN 13501-1 / Class E
- RoHS-compliant according to Directive 2002/95/EC
Adhesive surface:
- Modified acrylate adhesive, light- and ageing-resistant
- Adhesive strength: 21 N/25 mm
- Adheres to wood, metal, walls, non-dusting plaster surfaces
- Temperature resistance: -40 °C to +100 °C
- Optimal processing temperature: approx. 15 - 20 °C
Easy installation:
1. Cut the profile to the desired length (e.g. with a cutter knife)
2. Clean the surface (free of grease, dust-free, dry)
3. Carefully remove the adhesive film
4. Position the profile and press firmly
5. Maximum adhesive strength is reached after approx. 24 hours
